Mr. McDonald removed my thyroid in June of 2020. It was larger than expected. I had ZERO complications and only stayed overnight as planned. My scar has healed so well that most people are shocked when I point to it.

Dr. McDonald performed my Tyroidectomy, and my post op was horrible because the staff got all my daily medicine wrong on my chart so I was receiving it properly and was causing me to be sick. The office staff is incompetent. They scheduled my appointment and then sent a paper with a different time then what we scheduled. The FMLA paperwork they sent to my employer did not have correct dates for my surgery and recovery causing problems my employer. The pharmacy has been trying to contact them because I need my thyroid medicine and no one has responded like have 1 pill left and I have been trying to contact someone and no one is helping me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I am so grateful that I saw Dr. McDonald for my ear problem. After having problems with how I was treated by another doctor, Dr. McDonald carefully went through all my background information and test results, spent time answering all my questions, provided excellent care and feedback I could rely on. Thank you Dr. McDonald!

I have had sinus and ear trouble since I was a child. After a very long path dealing with doctors and then finally finding one to help with my issues that doctor retired shortly after having surgeries for the issues. After the surgeries I had everything went well but still had really bad ear infections. Doctors in town would just push me off with a prescription and move on.. After seeing Dr. McDonald for the first time he left me know those ear drops would never work and gave me a cream and ear drops. Every since then not a bit of trouble and when I do have a fare up he is always there with a listening ear to help out.

After visiting another ENT in Indianapolis I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude and attention that Dr McDonad's staff, as well as Dr McDonald gave me. Very efficient; friendly and caring. Would definitely recommend him or his office to anyone!!!

His asst or head nurse does not always communicate well. At least twice I have been left high and dry without my thyroid meds because she did not call me back or put order in with pharmacy. Once I had to get an emergency dose and once I had to take a past strength because I had none of new strength doc put me on Always a voice mail. .....then sometimes they don't or she doesn't call you back.

We saw Dr. McDonald for my daughter’s ear infections. he was great with her and got her all fixed up with ear tubes.
