My only interaction with her was she was covering for my doctor as the on-call doctor. I called because I was having an issue with my blood pressure which is not normal for me. It was exceptionally high. However, she did not call back till three hours later and then left a snarly message that if I Really (she emphasized) need to talk to her than I need to answer my phone. I was laying down after sitting and waiting for a call all this time because I felt bad. I understand as a dr you may have been busy but that is an inappropriate way to treat a person when you don’t personally know what’s going on. It was serious to me and I needed guidance Patience and empathy go along way.

Excellent doctor, takes her time and listens. My husband and I both have gone to her since Dr. Creed retired. We highly recommend her if you're looking for an awesome doctor that cares, shes the one!

She is the best doctor that I have ever had. She actually seems to care about my problems and is also very understanding. I've seen several other doctors and none of them compared to her. Most of the staff is also friendly.

my 3 children and I have been going to Dr. Cindy every since she was a resident at St. Francis Hospital (2006). If she moves offices.....so do we! I cant even imagine seeing another pcp EVER! she's so kind and caring, listens to your issues. Our family really values her as our doctor, I consider us to be very lucky to have found this one of a kind gem.

She is so good with our special needs som and is also good with us big babies. Highly recommend her and her entire staff who always go out of their way to help in any way that is needed.

So delayed! I waited over an hour to see her. I was even 15 minutes early to see a doctor who was more than 1 hour last past my appointment time. Maddening.

The BEST MD in the Indianapolis area. I cannot say enough good things about DR. C. Williams. I am lucky to become one of her patients. If you are looking for a great Family doctor then call her office and beg to get in. you wont be disappointed.
