I would not recommend Dr. Strobel to my worst enemy. He came into my room while I’m having a seizure and pushed my shoulder and told me to knock it off. Luckily the male nurse on staff stood up for me and was able to communicate with him while I was unable to. If you don’t have anything on your brain scan Dr Strobel will blow you off and tell you, you are faking.

Dr Strobel himself seemed good. His physician assistant also seemed good. His office staff, however, is horrendous. They are trashy and unprofessional, but considering the location of this doctor’s office, I shouldn’t be surprised. I took my records and found another neurologist.

BAR NONE....the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. After seeing him, and getting a suggested MRI....I waited 2 weeks to get results from him....2 WEEKS!!! I called 5-6 times, and all I got from a nurse was "he hasn't had time to read it"!?! Finally, my husband and I scheduled with another Neurologist, so that they could just simply "read" my MRI! With concern, a 150% loss of vision in one eye, and horrible headaches, his actions were unprofessional, unacceptable, and disturbing!?!

He loves to order tests. I got another opinion from spinal surgeon. I fully recovered in 3 weeks. He had me testing longer than that. What a waste of money

As soon as I walk into the office, I feel important. The staff is always helpful. Dr. Strobel is attentive to my health needs and is concerned for me. I only have good things to say about my experience in the office.
