We met with Dr Trigg during the summer as my 9 year old had problems with his hearing post ear infection. Dr Trigg is decisive and his manner to the point. My son needed ear tubes inserted. Appointments were quickly made. Procedure went without issue. Follow up was straightforward. Office staff extremely friendly and helpful. When I had a concern, Dr Trigg called me personally to discuss. I would highly recommend.

The procedure for tubes went well and the office staff is friendly, however, in a call made after hours to check in a concern after the procedure Dr Trigg was incredibly rude and condescending. He brushed off my questions and told me to call my family doctor. I ended up in tears on the phone with him due to his tone with me.

Dr Trigg’s office got us in promptly when there was about a 6 month wait everywhere local. Staff was great and ear tubes helped our toddler sooooo much. We’re very happy.

Dr. Trigg and his staff were great. All of our appointments were on time and took the time to answer our questions. Tube placement and recovery/follow-up went very well. Very happy with how everything went.
