Dr Donegan was amazing! As soon as she walked into the room I felt calm and I knew I was in great hands! She took her time to go over my situation with me and discuss everything thoroughly. She made me feel like I was being heard and I got the feeling that she truly cared! I wish more Dr’s could be like her! I would highly recommend anyone to Dr Donegan.

I saw Dr.Donagen after having a horrible experience with a different endocrinologist. I am so very thankful to have been referred to her. She is the best physician I have ever been to for anything. She was just amazing! My experience from the time I walked into the building until I saw her was unbelievably great! Every single person I came in contact with, from housekeeping to security to reception and nursing staff, were so pleasant and helpful. Dr.Donagen spent at least an hour with me, explaining a new diagnosis and her plan for my care. I never felt rushed or awkward asking any questions. I cannot praise her enough. My whole experience with IU has been absolutely amazing, to the point I am thinking of switching all my care to their physicians!

Dr Diane Donegan is one of a kind. She is a God send and she saved my life in 2017. I rated her and waited to make sure that everything is still smooth sailing 4 years later? Well could not be better. Dr Donegan is punctual so please do not ever be late to an appointment arrive early. She wants to sit down with you and use all that available time seeing you. She is never in a hurry once you are in her room. She is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable and especially on complex disease processes. She is not just a diabetic disease doctor she treats your whole endocrine system and does it marvelous with results proven by lab results and by how you feel. A Patient relationship with Dr Donegan is one based on mutual Trust and Accountability. She will hold you accountable to be compliant with what she has ordered. And you will hold her accountable to deliver as your practitioner. One thing I really love is the communication. You communicate via my IU Health portal and communications are answered back in 24 hours. If another day goes by and you have not acknowledged their response. Dr Donegan’s office calls you to make sure you read your message. It’s an amazing communication protocol . Even during COVID I was able to see Dr Donegan physically. She helped make sure that I stayed healthy by staying on top on my prescription. Even when there was a supply shortage at the local pharmacy due to Covid Disruptions she went above and beyond to make sure I got access to medicine. I am blessed to call Dr Donegan my doctor and proud to recommend her as an endocrinologist.You will not regret having her as your endocrinologist period! She is like family to me.

Dr Donegan is by far the best pituitary neurologist in the entire midwest! She is very knowlegeable in her area if expertise and professionally in the top 10 and to top that off a super wonderful personality and a great sense of humor! Under her care I have been given the top 10% success rate ...she has "cured" me....she MUST be an angel!

Dr Donegan has done a fantastic job after my pituitary tumor was removed. She and her staff always puts the patient first. I drive two hours for her treatment each way. Would have it no other way

After more than 5 years of doctors dismissing my ailments as "all in my head", I finally got REAL answers from Dr. Donegan. She cares so much and it shows in how she interacts with her patients and what she does for them. She found that my ailment was Acromegaly caused by a pituitary tumor. Years of headaches are now GONE thanks to this tumor being removed upon the recommendation of Dr. Donegan. She literally has saved my life. Thank you so much for everything.
