I called Dr. Kim's office to make an appointment for a cosmetic consultation. I was told it would be a free consultation. The day before the appointment I received a call from the office to confirm the appointment and I verified again it was a free consultation. The day of the appointment they asked for my insurance card when I checked in which I did provide as Dr. Kim is also my dermatologist and my insurance has changed. I confirmed that again it was a free consultation. Then as I was leaving they told me I had a $60 co-pay. This office is very dishonest. I am very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone! Be careful. Choose another doctor!

I found Dr. Sherer to be very attentive and thorough. The staff was helpful and friendly, wait was not long, office clean and nice. He removed a mole and barely any scar. Great doctor

I have been bringing my daughter to this dermatology practice for a year now. I brought her in for severe acne with some cysts being almost half inch in size. She had hardly any spots on her face with clear skin. After treating her and following his advice I can now say her skin is 95% clear and her overall self-esteem is much better. I am overjoyed by this dermatology group period not only the doctor but the nurses and front staff. I usually make early morning appointments and have never had to wait very long and I'm usually out in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend this dermatology group to anyone looking for dermatologist.

I have been taking my 17-year-old daughter to Dr. Sherer for just under a year now. She suffered from severe acne and with his care she has gone from a face covered with pimples blackheads and cysts to a 95% clear skin face! He is very friendly as his staff and we are always seen on a very timely basis. His office is extremely clean and now with Covid they take great care which makes me feel very confident as I go once a month. I would recommend him highly

I don't expect much going to see a dermatologist as far as good care and bedside manner, but Jennifer Kim is awful. Every visit there would be some unsolicited comment about the size of my body (every time-I mean really?!). She also did not talk to me during procedures and instead would chat with the assistant about their personal lives. I mean... not to mention the complete lack of communication she has with her patients keeping them updated on health issues. Terrible terrible terrible. I shouldn't have kept going back but the location is convenient and the wait time is good. Will never be back or refer anyone there ever.

I followed with Jennifer Kim for over a year for acne. She is very nice and tries to accommodate you however The appointments would last 5 minutes and she always seemed to push procedures (steroid injections or chemical peels). You have to pay 2 copays if you want your refill AND you want a procedure, you can't get both in 1 visit. Sadly to this day I still have acne - never reccomended bloodwork (PCOS?) I Feels like the office just wants to sell products- I got this glycolic acid wipes they sell for 40$ and It was just salicylic acid wipes I could have gotten at Cvs for 7$. Not a fan of this office. The MAs are very nice but the front desk staff can also be rude.

Should've read the reviews before I ever made an appointment with this place. I made an appointment for a consult, but during my phone call... a loved one of mine went into cardiac arrest and unfortunately passed away. So I told the receptionist that I had to go, I had a family emergency.. someone was dying... so I hung up. But she still made my appointment. And the appointment was on the day of his funeral. So I got a notice saying I have to pay because of my missed appointment... so I called and nicely explained my situation to miss. Lina. Well with her trashy attitude, get loud over the phone with me and her money hungry ways she has insulted my family over the death that I went through and still continues to. Very rude. Horrible, cold people. Don't go there.save yourself the trouble.

I saw Jennifer Kim, PA. This place was like the Hunger Games of skin care. Jennifer was trying to sell skin tag removal like a care salesman and then negotiating prices--six off for $250 or 1 for $75. I don't even have 6 skin tags; it was weird. Jennifer was not thorough at all; She was more concerned about selling skin tag removal and wiping my face in some kind of solution (skin on my face is not the problematic). I told her the issue is my back and she mentioned that she saw my forehead--there is nothing wrong with my forehead at all, wtf. She prescribed some common acne meds that were hand delivered a few days later by a specialty pharmacy when they could have been filled that day at CVS--shady. I did not feel like I was at a doctors office at all. This place is bunk. Plus, the receptionist was rude, so there's that.
