Paid for breast augmentation consultation. Was told I would receive a phone call with the quote and to schedule appointment. Never got a phone call after two weeks. Called the office multiple times requesting a refund of the $100 I paid for the service I did not receive with no response. WORST service I have ever received.

Paid for breast augmentation consultation. Was told I would receive a phone call with the quote and to schedule appointment. Never got a phone call after two weeks. Basically, my overall experience with this surgeon was rather awful. First, she didn't put me under full anesthesia. My roommate had the same procedure with a different surgeon at the same location and received full anesthesia. Instead, I was forced to endure about 10 painful injections to administer local anesthetic. After the surgery was done, very little instruction on wound care. Additionally, the suturing job on my incisions were done rather poorly (most likely because she had a student work on me). The large knots tied cause my incision to heal very slowly and it eventually got infected. At the end of my procedure, no one bothered to tell me "okay, we are done" until I stepped out of the operating room to ask if the doctor was done seeing me. Lastly, I had one incision burst open less than 24 hours after the surgery. I called the office multiple times about it and I never received a call back. Overall, the level of care I received was rather poor. I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone. Use someone else.
