Golden Steps Aba's Online Review Report Card

I’m heartbroken and furious. My son was receiving ABA therapy through Golden Steps, and for the first time, he had a place where he felt understood, supported, and connected. He made friends. He smiled more. He was thriving. And then, without care for what this meant to him as a human being, they dropped him — just like that. No compassion, no consideration for the relationships he built, or the progress he was making. My child was treated like a number in a system, not like the person he is. I understand policies and budgets exist, but children with special needs are not budget lines. They are human beings with hearts, emotions, and lives that are directly affected by these cold decisions. Golden Steps should remember that behind every “case” is a family, a child, and a story. My son deserved better. Families like ours deserve better.

I started working at Golden Steps as a new BCBA and have felt supported from the beginning. Thanks to the support and professional development opportunities, I’ve already grown so much in my role. Most importantly, it is evident that the team truly cares about the clients and their families. I'm grateful to be part of positive and dedicated team!

Great place of work, with great people and great management! The bcbas are wonderful and truly listen to the rbt’s how they feel on the day to day to what it takes with working with the kiddos! They are very transparent with parents and rbt and parents have a better communication than a lot more places of aba ive ever worked at! 10/10 recommend coming to this place of work and services for your child!
