After waiting 90 minutes to see the doctor, we were told Dr Kleinman still requires patients to wear masks, despite it being widely proven they are worthless and, in fact, damaging. We were told that scheduler should've alerted us, which she didn't, and I wasn't allowed back with my husband because of this ridiculous requirement. While sitting in the waiting room, I saw multiple people leave due to the extreme delays and the staff was rude and unsympathetic. We will not be returning.

Saw Dr. Crosby today for a painful shoulder. He had done some previous work on removing a growth from my Mom’s elbow and done a trigger release on her finger with good results. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a good listener. I was given a steroid injection to my shoulder today with almost complete relief of my pain and will be doing some physical therapy. He’s terrific, Kathleen is terrific and his office staff is terrific as well. I look forward to seeing how the shoulder responds to treatment and following up with the office in 2 months. 🙌 🙌 🙌

I like the Harcourt road location because of how easy it is to find it. I find it very accessible. I have been seeing Dr. Peck and I really enjoy her and her team. They are friendly and very easy to talk to. Dr. Peck & her team are thorough and able to answer questions in a way that makes you understand what's going on. I do have to say that you are going to spend time in the office. I have learned that the earlier appointment is the quicker you are in and out. There is typically a wait, but you get that at any doctor. I believe the wait is worth the appointment.X-ray and physical therapy are all in the same building, it is very convenient. I have had x-rays done with immediate results and have been able to see a physical therapist immediately after the appointment. Killing three birds with one stone.Expect to spend money, doctors are pricey. A payment plan is an option.Honestly, the only reason I'm giving four stars is because of how incredible Dr. Peck and her team is. The wait and the price are worth the care.

If you're a diabetic I wouldn't recommend these folks. I'm suffering from simple carpel tunnel syndrome. Nothing serious or life threatening but in my profession, I need my hands to work. I seen Dr Merrill and he was great. He scheduled me for an EMG test and as we figured, it confirmed moderate to severe CTS. I received a call from his Nurse Practitioner who discussed the 7 minute procedure with me. I needed to have surgery. The conversation was as I figured, very nice and professional. I had discussed FMLA with both the NP and the the Surgeon since I am off of work which I've been there for almost 20 years. It all sounded good so far. The Surgeons pre-op nurse called and while being interviewed it was learned that my A1C was not in the range required to proceed with the surgery. After that discussion, and after multiple phone calls, I never heard anything else and NO ONE would return my several phone calls. I had no clue what the next step was. I had applied for FMLA to protect my job while I'm dealing with this and now have no clue what to do. I finally reached out to their Patients rights advocate and immediately got a phone call. He did help out tremendously. I did get a call from the Pre-Op Nurse finally. They contacted my endocrinologist and got my most recent labs and my A1C was just 1% higher than there standard so I was told I can't have the surgery nor do steroids because of my diabetes. No therapy, no further discussion on what I can do in the mean time. Even a letter from my Endo doc confirming my A1C has been trending for the last month under their requirement of 8% and still nothing. The Pre-Op nurse did say during our discussion, she will def reach out to the Nurse Practitioner to call me and 3 days later, nothing. FMLA has been denied because of lack of information from the Indiana Hand and Shoulder Center. So now my job is in jeopardy all because they won't look out for me while I'm going through this! I feel like I just been dumped as a patient. I've been to many docs In my lifetime and this experience has been the worst. If you're suffering from Diabetes, you probably should know ahead of time, this place doesn't treat you fairly, or at least not me.. : (

I cannot give enough praise to Dr. Fischer and the Indiana Hand and Shoulder Group. From first visit after ER to post- surgical follow up and Physical Therapy their care and personal interactions went above and beyond. This is ONE FIRST CLASS MEDICAL PRACTICE.

Staff is very rude. Doctors are even worse. There is bo try care here please go somewhere else if you truly care for your health and well-being.

Punctual. Willing to work with the needs of the family and patient.
