Video chat appointment was a no show.

I left 2 voicemails over the past few months to schedule an appointment for the person I am a caregiver for. I never received a call back. I called and left a voicemail again today and recieved a call back (finally)! The person whom I spoke with on the phone was very rude and seemed to be very inconvienced by the call. After the appointment, we hope to find a different office to go to if this is how they treat their patients.

I brought my mom here for her first appointment. Check in was fast and the ladies were friendly. The rn/ma was friendly. We waited 20 mins or so past her appointment and went to ask the time frame. We were told the doctor was just done with his appointment from 40 minutes ago. No one had the courtesy to come into the room to say the doctor will be extremely late. They just let us sit there. After another 10 minutes, now 30 minutes past the appointment time, we told the front desk we were leaving and canceled the appointment. Communication is horrible. We'll be finding a different provider.

Waited for 3 hours to see someone but after that was a really informational experience and everyone was very friendly.

I see Dr. Anderson at the south side office and have always had a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and puts my fears to ease. I’ve never had any problems with the front desk staff. They’ve always been friendly, promptly provided me with another lab req when I ve lost mine and they always patch me through to Dr. Anderson’s assistant, if I have any question. As far as renewing my prescriptions, Costco calls their office for refills, then text me, usually within minutes, saying my refill is ready. I couldn’t ask for better care. I’m so sorry these other patients are reporting bad experiences,but I think this is a wonderful office. I rate them a 5! Michelle Walden

I see Dr. B and I love her! However I HATE the south office, the front office girl Brooke is very rude! She tries to act like I haven’t done my orders that my doctors ordered and I have told her several times that the orders are completed and the results are actually in my chart! She has gone back forth with me several times on things of this nature! I will not be back to this office, save yourself and go to the west side office. The young lady up there is very respectful. This office has horrible customer service.

At my appointment today, definitely gets 5 stars. Checkin was handled quickly by the friendly front desk clerk. Nurse Allison was prompt taking me back. She, too, very friendly. Dr. Santos was so very nice, very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. Great smile also.

A second appointment with Dr E.. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Both appointments were ahead of scheduled times. Absolutely no waiting. Very impressive M D.

I had my first visit today with Dr G. My appointment from check in to check out was approx 3 hours. I've dealt with multiple health issues previously. This Dr thoroughly reviewed my history with multiple providers. He sat down and went through all the details and provided answers that previous numerous office visits, ER visits, and even multiple surgeries at other places never gave. I was treated like a person today not a dollar sign or an insurance card. He had an immediate plan in place and treatment options and a plan to end these problems for me. Not just quick temporary fixes he dived into the actual causes for the continuous experiences I've been having. He listened to me and all my concerns without any rush. I can't explain how comforting this experience was. I can't speak on the other providers here but Dr G definitely knows his stuff. Thank you Dr G!

Waited over 1 hour after the scheduled appointment and finally left. No one checked on me after taking me to a room… no one. Will not be back.
