I am proud to be an employee at Intrepid Hospice. I also have referred my own friends and family to Intrepid and have had wonderful experiences. Under our Administrator Angie’s guidance she has created a culture that is positive and feels like we are a family That caring attitude is without a doubt felt with our patient care. If you know someone that wants to learn about hospice I would definitely trust Intrepid.

Our experience with Intrepid Indianapolis has been wonderful. Its been well over a year with Intrepid providing care when my loved one was in a nursing home skilled care and now in our home. They provide great communication and guidance for family bedside caregivers. I Any time Ive had to call after hours maybe just for a question I get a quick reply. Running out of supplies or medications is never a concern.

Really enjoy working with the staff at Intrepid. They really seem to provide quality hospice care for their patients.

Extremely unprofessional and uninformative. The admitting nurse was great and 2 days later she quit. Not dressed appropriately. Condescending. I was sooooo frustrated. I felt as though they took me up in a plane all baled out and wished me luck learning to fly my plane

This is a fantastic company that really cares about there patients and employees I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for hospice Care

In my opinion this company has absolutely destroyed peoples lives. Not only there patients but there employees.The manager of the Indy division Chris is all about the bottom dollar. She does not care about the employees or patients. Especially the nurses that care so much for their patients. She encourages the company to hold pay checks when they work hours upon hours to care for dying people they truly care about To have sometime in this field of caring for the dying is an abominationIf you decide to sign with this company and the manager Chris you will be disappointed. All the good nurses are gone because they were not getting paid and treated under dismal situations Again this is my opinion. I sat this so they dont come after ME in some kind of legal ramification.PLEASE BEWARE

I got a voicemail from this place today shilling their services before I had even found out that my mother had decided to enter hospice care. Thank you random company person that Ive never even heard of for informing me over a VOICEMAIL that my mother was stopping treatment before she even had a chance to tell me herself.I was aware that this decision was going to made eventually but I wasnt aware that of ALL industries HOSPICE CARE does telemarketing. DISGUSTING.
