I don’t know where the other people that reviewed went don’t listen those bay sayers went the Dr office I went to they where all very lovely the Dr came in sat down looked me straight in the eyes and listened to me hopefully it was fix me right up and said if that didn’t help. To call his office lived all of them great job team👍👍👍 thank you all🙏
Used to be a great doctor, but has changed from really caring to indifferent.
Went in for significant ear pain. Minor acted like I was making it up. Hearing test okay, so offered no help. Left with no treatment. Waste of time seeing the supposed ENT “specialist”!
Thank you Dr miner for everything
The office has the rudest staff I've ever dealt with, and after I had a sinus surgery Dr. Miner was very dismissive of all of my concerns and at least once told me he thought I was imagining my pain. Once when I tried to call the office, someone picked up the reciever and immediately hung up, and months after I switched to a new ENT, I found out that Dr. Minor's office still hasn't sent over my requested medical records (This was 2 weeks after they had confirmed they'd gotten my release paperwork and would be sending records over.. They told me that I should have been health after 4-8 weeks, and over 4 months later I'm still dealing with problems. In summation: Doctor Miner really phones in it, doesn't listen to you, and the staff at his office is rude and incompetent. Do not visit this office.
Dr. Minor and his staff actually made my recent surgery enjoyable. I was barley able to breath through my nose. One side of nose would completely collapse when I inhaled. . Dr Minor was able to fix it. His entire staff were professional and friendly. Fortunately I don’t need any additional surgery. If I did I would definitely go back to Dr. Miner and his staff’
By far the best medical professional I've ever gone to. Very confident in his work and for good reason! Got me in for an emergency surgery to remove an infection that was spreading to my eye and brain. Got me in quick and the recovery was 100% painless. Dr. Miner did a great job making me feel comfortable and relaxed through the whole experience! 100% satisfied!
The front desk associates are sooo rude. They first rechedule my appointment from 930 am to 1pm withoit any prior notice and then and ask me to come in 10 minutes before the appointment and when I get to the front desk and tell the lady at the front desk that I was asked to cone in early she says " don't you see the sign on the widow.. I am on break".. to me that is very rude and unprofessional. For a busy office like this 1 would expect they would have someone to cover each other's break instead of lashing out at sick patients. Now after all this can I trust the care that will be given?? Very very disappointed in the way they deal with their patients
Correctly diagnosed and treated both me and my spouse. My dizziness was resolved and my husbands hearing came back after we followed his recommendations.
Dr. Miner had removed my brother’s tonsils when he was ten and he was able to eat a chicken leg and mashed potatoes that same evening. Needless to say, I had no hesitation when I was 21 and my family doctor told me it was time for my tonsils to come out that I had to travel to Indiana and see Dr. Miner. I flew to Indianapolis on a Monday and tonsils removed on Thursday with no complications. Dr. Miner is the best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
