Dr Fesenmeier was unprofessional and didn’t even take the time to address my concerns of why I saw him. My doctor referred me to him about her wanting me to get a spinal tap. He didn’t even touch on that. I will not be seeing him again and will have to see another neurologist.

Dr. Fesenmeier is helping me figure out what's going on with my headaches. I have many symptoms and I am confused and afraid. He has explained things thoroughly to me every time and takes the time to answer all my questions. He called me personally with my MRI results. I've never had a doctor do that before. I am looking forward to going back to see him again. He is very personable and helpful and I highly recommend.

I was in need of a Neurologist that specialized in the treatment of Dystonia, which isn't very common. I contacted Dr. Allison Brashear at Wake Forest University, who referred me to Dr.Fresenmeir. I can't say enough great things about him! I'm a RN so I Know good from GREAT, and he's great. Attention to detail, extra time when needed, listens to your needs, no "cookie cutter" treatment, forward thinking , always pleasant/compassionate/cares. The staff is very responsive to your calls/kind.

This doctor always listens to you with great insight and compassion. He keeps up to date on the newest treatments and drugs used in his field of expertise. I can always get an appointment when I need to see him. He consults with my other doctors regarding conditions that I have not related to neurology.
