Dr. Gutt is wonderful. He has been treating my daughter for ear infections for 6 years. He has also removed her tonsils and adenoids. He always makes us feel at ease and confident that we understand her current status. I’ve never been made to feel silly or stupid by him. My only issue with his practice is how long it takes to get an appointment. At times, it’s taken up to a month to get in to see him, even though we’ve told them that she’s in pain or can barely hear.

I'm a frequent flyer with Dr. Gutt. I absolutely love him. Great bedside manner and thorough. He is very very busy and has a lot of patients so be prepared to have to wait to be seen. I've had a lot of ENTs in my life and he is by far my favorite. Definitely worth waiting until your scheduled appointment.

I would like to say this is a 5 star review because I like Dr. Gutt. What I don't like, however, is the total failure of his office staff to return phone calls. I visited his office about 3 months ago and was told that they would schedule a procedure. He told me to contact his office in a couple weeks if I didn't hear anything further. It is now late May and still nothing. I left voicemail for his office contact 3 times in that 3 month interval with no response. Very frustrated

We absolutely love Dr. Gutt. We have been seeing him for almost 2 years and he is just wonderful with my daughter. He has helped her so much over the years and we plan to continue seeing him for as long as we can! Everyone in that office is great. We are so thankful for him.

Called medical assistant, Lori, twice to try and get an appointment for my husband. She never returned either phone call! Very unprofessional and makes Dr. Gutt look bad!!

Both of my kids have had tonsils and adenoids removed and he is also my doc. Excellent care. He was able to help me and referred me to a neurologist that finally was able to appropriately diagnose my condition I’ve lived with for 30 years with the info from him and some testing. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Gutt is a rarity in medical care system. He is always extremely compassionate, caring, informative and always goes over and beyond his scope of practice. He remembers your medical history instead of you having to repeat yourself constantly. My entire family has been going to him for 13 years at this point. And it's not just him, the whole office is incredible, from the front office, to the nurses, to the practice managers, to the scheduling nurses. I have never had a bad experience with his office.
