I was referred to Dr Randolph, by my family physician, for chronic shoulder pain due to arthritis and my age (wear and tear). He was so concerned, visited with me and answered all of my questions, gave me options on what way to treat the problem, was very personable, and spent the time I needed to help reduce my fears. I definitely would recommend Dr. Randolph to anyone!

I have seen Dr. Joseph Randolph over 30 years. His surgerial skills, knowledge and bedside manner are the highest of any physician I know. He not only treats your symptoms but shows an interest in you as a person! You are NOT just a chart number to him. I drive 4 hours one way to see him. Always worth the trip!

As all doctors at OrthoIndy have been, Dr. Randolph was great to work with and explained everything going on with my knee. He was very considerate and understanding and if I ever have issues in the future, I will definitely look him up to take care of me.

Dr. Joseph Randolph is the best experience that I've had with a doctor or a surgeon who has a wonderful bedside manner and he remembers you....but most importantly Dr. Randolph understands from the patient's point of view the importance of proper physical therapy for the best recovery possible for that particular patient. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Randolph if you are in need of a orthopedic doctor.

Dr. Randolph is an amazing doctor! He did an outstanding job on my knee replacement. I have not had any problems with it for 11 years. He has excellent bedside manner and is very conscientious. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Randolph is an excellent doctor! He is a very kind man and gives you choices. He has great bedside manners. My knee surgery was very successful. I have had to wait about 15-30 minutes to go back to see him but I don’t mind the wait because I would rather have a doctor who is going to take time with me and not rush me when I have questions and concerns. Plus I will wait for the best skilled doctor any day.

I had to reschedule my first appointment after waiting for 45 minutes because they were way behind due to some computer malfunction. The rescheduled appointment was during a time when Dr. Randolph was double booked, so I had to wait over an hour and a half to see him. They clearly don't value your time at all here and are just in a hurry to squeeze in as many paying patients in as possible.

He insisted that I didn't need surgery for torn hamstring and that I just need to be patient. It has been a year and a half and I still have pain. How much longer should I wait? Really? Wouldn't trust him again!!
