Dr. Prag is very rude and condescending. In the middle of me asking her a question she literally walked AWAY from like I was nothing. She doesn't listen to me as the patient. Yes she knows about the kidney's but she doesn't u understand my body. She acts like what you tell her is wrong with you is completely false. After reading reviews from others I'm very hurt that my experience was not as great as others. As much as I hate blaming everything on color, I can't help to think that the color of my skin played a great part in my treatment and experience.

Dr. Prag is an excellent MD, and has been an excellent MD for me. I went to her because other MDs in the area had problems with billing (double billing, first bill a collection agency, etc.), scheduling (when set up, they almost always have different day/time), and their staff are rude. None of this occurs with Dr. Prag. I only wish the wait time was reduced, and when reschedules occur for reasons out of my control well before the appointment, one could get in quicker with her.
