Very professional while being kind. I felt comfortable with all my caregivers. Doctors, nurses, Techs and the restaurant. Food was always hot and delicious.After I was released and come back to wound care. Great experiences.I wish I knew all the names of all the caregivers. I was on third floor/orthopedic.

If I ever get pregnant again I would rather deliver my baby at home on my carpet before I ever come back here. They are so unprofessional and very unorganized! They don’t have a caring bone in there body.

My husband had a fall and went to ER, scared for the injury (fortunately good out come) and as a nurse, I tried not to be hypercritical but I was apprehensive of the facility, The experience was professional from point of check in, escorting to room, registration, nursing and the PA. Each one was thorough and I was very impressed with every player's level of communication. There were times it felt like we were waiting, but the reality was we didn't, we were just nervous and wanted answers 'immediately'. Walked in with not fair judgement and walked out with a very positive attitude. Great experience.

No communication between employees. Things were in a state of confusion which led to very long wait times. The er was nice and bright, and clean.
