I absolutely love Dr. Hiatt she had the answers for me before even coming into the room...I have been suffering horrible with my sinuses she got me started right away on meds and surgery is set up within 2 days of seeing her...she was so sweet and made me feel so welcome.......I wish I had found her sooner.

She spent less then 2 mins with me total. She didn't introduce herself so I didn't realize she was even the doctor. She looked in my ears then sent me to do a hearing test. Test came back normal and she came in and said so,opened the door and walked right out. Said on the way to walking me out that I'm probably on the other side of my problems, pointed to the exit and walked away. I've been having problems for 2 years. She gave me no answers and was so dismissive I was shocked and just left. Now 200$ later I still have problems. I do NOT recommend her.

Dr. Hiatt's a great doctor on specialized as well and what she does The biggest issue I have and it seems my insurance company as well, is that her nurse Diane does not reply to anything if she does it's only half of an answer to the questions that you have within that it scares me to even to continue going to this office communication is horrible whether you use my chart or leave a voicemail Your messages could go unanswered for days maybe even weeks as if it never existed. So now I'm stuck with swollen tonsils and have to contact my primary care doctor to get me a referral to a different ENT that could hopefully get me in sooner considering I have severe swelling on my tonsils. I'm positive that Ms. Hiatt isn't aware of the activity that her nurse is carrying on because every time my bags to speak to her or schedule an appointment she's magically booked all the way until after my surgery which would make the issue pointless to complain about so be mindful of what you're getting yourself into if you run into any issues I'd say don't fall short like I did and make sure that you express these issues to Ms Hiatt

I love her ! She’s probably the best doctor I’ve ever seen ! She’s makes you feel comfortable and she’s informative and she’s fun ! Bubbly ! I hate going to the doctor but I’ll go see dr HIATT !!!

Hands down the most empathetic, understanding, patient focused and level headed doctor I've had the pleasure to see. Both of my kids have seen her for years and it's evident patient care is the center of every decision she makes. I cannot recommend her enough!

1st visit wasn't bad. She said she has what I have. (Pretty much, GERD) The med she gave me didn't work. 2nd visit, she referred me to a gastro doc. I also have a lump on my neck. Said I needed a CT scan. Already had one. I told her it didn't show much. "Then it's not cancer." So what do we do about it? "I don't know what to tell you." First, my issue is with sinus drainage making my throat swell from coughing. She makes it sound like she knows what she's talking about, then blows you off. As for the lump, at least it's not cancer, but at least feel it. Take the time to examine your patients. Put your hands on them. Look in their ears and throat. Just because you have a degree, it doesn't make you smart.

Dr. Hiatt is such a genuine, caring, & authentic human. She also has a great amount of empathy. Dr. Hiatt recently completed a turbinate reduction on me and did a fantastic job. My quality of life is so much better, now! I can breathe!!!

It is hard to find a great doctor and a great person. Especially hard to find both qualities in the same person. Dr Hiatt is a rare breed and possesses both! She is truly a remarkable person...

Attentive and was able to identify the problem quickly. Treated and have been symptom free since.

Worse experience I have ever had in 60 years with a Doctor. They ask me if I had any problems hearing I told them no they did a hearing test anyway just to tell me what I already knew. The Doc came in the room was there for three min. Didn't listen to to what I had to say or ask any questions Would definitely not recommend this Doctor.
