He takes time to explain everything and answers all my questions about my condition. He always makes sure all my questions are answered before he leaves the room and lets me know his plans for future care.

I had scheduled an appointment back in December, 2022 for an colonoscopy on April 5, 2023. I did all the prep and went to the appointment at 11:30 a.m. on April 5, 2023 to find out he was on vacation and I had not been notified. Totally unacceptable.

On a first visit I had two nurses, right in a row, asking *exactly* the same set of questions. One to one. Obviously “milking” the system: two “discussions”, hence two charges. Did not even talk to the doctor.
