I've been with Dr Hanson a while and didn't require a lot just ear cleaning and occasional sinus infections. I've been ill for two weeks and her nurse informed me today they were canceling my appt for this week and she is no longer going to see me. That she's a surgeon and doesn't address sinus and allergy issues and mad bc I didn't do a test that I couldn't do by the way do to allergies to the contrast. She has left me in a lurch now with noone in a sick crisis.

Dr Hansen replaced both my shoulders over a 4 month span. She was knowledgeable, personable and good with her personal. She was upfront with me when I asked to get my shoulders done one right after the other. She was cautious and strict with my recovery. I did what she said and I have 2 shoulders with NO pain( as long as i stay within the limits she set). I recommended her to my wife.

Dr Hansen repaired my son's deviated septum. She did a great job. She is competent, energetic and has a great bedside manner. Highly recommend her.

Do NOT use this doctor or company. I have been a patient for over 2 months dealing with chronic headaches and have still not had a single solution presented to me. I also had an appointment scheduled which I missed because I did not receive any reminders for and then they charged me $100 for a no show. I understand their time is important and yet I did not get a single phone call telling me that I had this appointment. Had someone called me the day of the appointment I would not have missed.
