Lien Doan Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Doan is great! Love his staff! His accent is thick but his nurse is always there to help. I have several medical issues and no doctor has ever taken the time to really listen to me. Dr. Doan listens and helps. If he can't help me, he gets me to a specialist right away! Never had to wait more than 3 days for a referral. Dr. Doan and his staff care about their patients. Other doctors have told me to "deal with it" or I would have to "learn to live with the pain". Dr Doan and his staff have given me hope that I can be helped.

Ive been coming here since my kids were born my daughter is 13 now he is a great dr always makes time to see my kids without app. The nurses are niceAnd i like that the pharmacy is located inside very convenient i give him 5+ stars

Ive been a patient if dr. Doan for several years Hes pretty ol fashioned however i like that about him hes very professional and caring i give him 5 stars

I love Doctor Doan. I dont know what these people are talking about. I dont have insurance and his office lets me pay cash for an office visit. I only go if I need antibiotics. He hates giving them unless it's a true infection and not viral. Reminded me of my Doctor back home, always looking out for your immune system. Yea, his accent is heavy, but he's a good doctor and has been my doctor for 15 years!

I didn't even need to get past the girl who answered the phone. They are in Fullerton, where I live, so I called them. They asked if I was insured, and I gave them my info. Said they'll call back in 15 minutes, because they need to check? Called back an hour later, and told me they won't be able to tell me if I can book an appointment for another 2 days. I guess they should have said call you back in two days (bet They never even checked in the first place). Can't imagine that a doctor who would let that happen would be that good. Called another, more qualified physician in the area and was immediately booked, no questions asked, because they are in my network, just like Dr. Doan. Not sure if it will be better, but at least their front line patient service isn't a joke. We'll see, I guess. To think I chose tthm as my primary physician. Can't even be bothered to schedule an appointment in a timely manner.

This place is a joke. I spoke to the receptionists about what I needed done, drive down to the office. Get there then the owners wife rudely says how her receptionists were wrong. Would not recommend.

Dont go to this doctor. He is low quality poor services overall terrible experience. He doest even speak english well enough to understand him. Go at ur own risk
