Amazing physician with vast knowledge and experience in pediatric emergency medicine. Absolutely loved our visit to IU North Emergency Department knowing that our child was seen by a board certified pediatric emergency doctor that also works downtown and Riley Hospital ED Trauma Center. Great bedside manner and made our family feel welcomed and at home.
Lindsey (I refuse to refer to her as a doctor) is on a power trip in the emergency room. I brought my kid in for a bumped head, and before you know it I was profiled into being a child abuser. I said that I understood there's checks they needed to go through which was fine but I wasn't going to pay for their investigation on me. They check everything but his bumped head, x-ray from head to toe, blood work, they refused to tell me what tests they were doing. They held me and my 1 year old captive for 7 hours, and if I ever disagreed with anything they were doing I was threatened with Police force and was told they would take my kid away from me. My hands were tied, I said I didn't approve of anything they were doing and it was against any and all approval. Sure enough, almost 1.5 years later, I see that my insurance paid $7000 for the whole experience. I made a complaint, they directed me to her nearest co-working doctor that said it was normal treatment and I boldly disagreed. Was treated like a criminal, and was prodded and antagonied with police force. From what I could tell, IU and Lindsey were the only ones acting outside the law. There is something fradulent going on down at IU North. They got paid 7k and what I couldn't believe is that I had to remind them at the end of all of it, that I came in to have my kid's head injury cared for, and that's the information I was after. 7+ hours and I had to remind them to be doctors and not detectives, so that I could know how to take care of my kids head. The summary.....ah, it'll go away. Is there a way to go below 1 star??

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
