I have no complaints about my visit. I appreciated the service in the facility and the friendly staff. However, if you have a billing issue, it is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the specific location for help/service and I have had the run around for 4 months to resolve this issue because the customer service IS THE WORST! I waited on hold just to be hung up on numerous times. When I would finally get in touch with someone, they would tell me they'd have to call me back next week, which never happened, and I was told this on two occasions. On this occasion, when I called in, they didn't even answer and instead somehow patched me through to their vendor, who then had to send me back to speak with Rachel, who I would guess is the one causing all of my issues in the first place. Now she says my bill is fixed, which we'll wait and see. I asked to speak with a manager, who conveniently, has to call me back. It will never happen.Again, I liked everyone in the facility but this customer service would absolutely not get my return business.

The Doctors and Staff are so nice helpful. They really take time with to your needs. They are good at what they do. Would highly recommend them to any one with Vein problem's.
