Dr. Rao is very professional and proactive. She is a good listener and takes complaints about my health seriously. She has helped diagnose severe illness for me and for my husband also. She involves specialists if indicated. The office is so well organized and efficient. Her nurse is easy to contact. I moved across town but still go to Dr. Rao.

I've been going to her for 11 years now. I feel like she cares about my health. I'm a diabetic so I def need someone who cares. She encourages me to take care of myself. She answers all of my questions, and educates me when necessary.

I have had a hard time with my weight my entire life and she knows it's a struggle for me. However, the last visit I went in to talk about medication, I felt like she blew me off and didn't feel welcoming at all. ALL the blame was on me ( which I will admit, a lot of it is me) but my medication wasn't working like it was supposed to and prescribed me yet another pill and that if that didn't work then surgery was the gateway to solve my problems..then left my room. I cried in my car for an hour.

Dr Rao is an excellent doctor. She takes the necessary time with my Mom. She is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She recently admitted when something was out of her realm of knowledge (due to its rarity), and we greatly appreciated this. We trust her recommendations, and appreciate her willingness to answer our many questions. Dr. Rao has great bedside manners, and her explanations are easily understood. We would highly recommend Dr. Rao!

Dr. RAO nurse Vickie said they never got any good reports on her and Dr. RAO I now know why she put me on Mobic for arthritis and Zoloft for depression 50 mg I called her back and told her at least 10 times I cannot take the Zoloft and her answer was to go over to gallihugh health and put myself in patient The next time I called I sit on the beach it for lupus two days later I received a letter that I have been dropped as a patient I
