Best practice all around! Thank you!
She has been my doctor for many years and is the most thorough physician I have ever had. She even discovered an issue caused by my chemotherapy that was not being noticed by my cancer team. I have brought several friends and family to her because she is JUST THAT GOOD!
Very thorough, excellent outcomes, patient focused, very serious about providing quality patient care.
Dr. Czeskis is very thorough and professional yet took the time to talk with me directly without looking at her computer screen constantly. She listened to what I had to say and understood my concerns about family history.
Dr. Czeskis has treated both my mother and my step-father the past two years. She is so patient and thorough with her exams. My 91 year old mother recently lost her husband of 19 years, and Dr. Czeskis took the time to handwrite a note of condolence to my mother. Not only does Dr. Czeskis give amazing care to my mother, but she has recommended so many supports for our family as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a committed and intelligent doctor in the Broad Ripple area.
I really love the Community Health Network and was pleased when I received a referral for a family doctor within this network. I'm particularity glad I was referred to Dr. Czeskis. At my new patient appointment she was very thorough and listened to my answers and took very good notes. Looking forward to her being my family doctor!
I'm not one to go on and write terrible reviews but I want to save others from this experience. I saw mixed reviews online but this office was referred by a friend, who after hearing my full story is also changing doctors. I went for an annual physical, they billed me wrong, they lost my sample and I had to go give another. They billed me for that. Then I had a result that led to questions and no one in the office (not the nurses, the nurse practitioner or the doctor) could answer my questions. Then I finally got the nurse practitioner on the phone, Kathryn was the one who saw me since the doctor was too busy, and she said she'd find out and call back. It's been four business days since we last spoke, 24+ hours since she was supposed to follow up and I can't get her on the phone now despite calling the office several times. No one calls back. I got a letter in the mail saying to follow directions of going to the referral she made, so she must have sent this based on the date after she said she'd call me back and follow up with some additional information. Don't go here. Scheduling is a nightmare, nurses are truly incompetent and everyone is too busy to help their patients. I'm usually very understanding and am morally opposed to putting down professional women as I want to hold them up but I would describe my nurse practitioner and this office in general with words that are not probably allowed in reviews. Just do yourself a favor and stay away. It's been bad bad bad, and likely won't get better. I'm stuck trying to close things off with them and look for another medical office to uses a primary care doctor. *Update 7/27/16 I was just informed by the office manager that the doctors at this practice don't have time to call patients. Also told that the bill is correct even though my insurance tells me it is not but it is entered on this office's end incorrectly.
After reading all the previous reviews I realized that both negative ones are written by people who actually did not see Dr. Czeskis. For me, and, I am sure, for most of her other patients she is an amazing doctor in many aspects. She is very passionate, and at the same time very professional. One can easy see that she follows last updates in medicine. She is the only one who was able to help me out and bring me back to my normal life whereas other physicians failed to do so.
I didn't see Dr. Czeskis, but I went to this practice. Two words: stay away. I saw the NP, Kathryn McGivern. No one in this office could answer my fairly basic questions about results when I finally got them on the phone, and the office mgr./lead nurse actually gave me incorrect information about my results and he told me, "DOCTORS DONT HAVE TIME TO CALL PATIENTS." Billing has been a nightmare because they apparently didn't follow American Medical Society guidelines too and did unneeded tests.
Dr. Czeskis is one of the absolute best doctors we have ever been to. I feel she saved my husbands life. She detected a problem we thought was treated for three years. When she reviewed his chart, she jumped on it immediately. For me, she takes her time, she listens, she is understanding and what I like about her most is that she initially treats medical issues with the lease amount of medication or treatment. She then builds from there. We love her and now our son will be seeing her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
