Doctor Ko was phenomenal with my 10 year old son! She talked to him like he was a person & not just a patient. Very thankful that our optometrist referred us to her! I would recommend her to anyone!

Overall I had a positive experice with Dr. Ko and would probably see her again. The issue I have with my appointment was since Dr. Ko was already looking at my eye I asked if she saw any damage from an accident I had a few months prior. I was told I would need another appointment to discuss this issue any further. All I asked is... Do you see any damage to the cornea to my eye. It came across as milking appointments to get more money. I live over 100 miles away and I'm unable to drive there on my own and really didn't think there would be an issue to check while I was there.

Dr. Ko is the best Dr. I have ever had the pleasure to got to. She is both professional and personable. She is attentive to every word and thought I have. She truly makes you feel cared for and important to her. I can not recommend her enough!

Dr. Ko is an amazing neuro-ophthalmologist. She is extremely professional and kind. I appreciate how much she cares about her patients and always tries to do the right thing for them. Any patient is lucky to have Dr. Ko for their physician.

She could not diagnose my problem. She studied it, and found nothing out of the ordinary. It turned out to be Bells Palsy. Insisted on being called Dr. Ko. Couldn’t refer to her as Melissa. She seemed a little mean, in nature, but others swear by her. She even chastised her secretary for mistakes, in front of me.

Dr. Ko was able to correct a misdiagnosis made by another doctor. She thoroughly explained my actual medical condition. Very intelligent, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
