MIchael Lee Md's Online Review Report Card

I had an appt for herniated disc related issues with Dr Michael lee. He barely spent 1 min with me in the exam Room, I was still telling him about my issues and he walked out of the room (I thought he is just stepping out for a min) and literally that was a wrap up to my appointment! He didn’t even listen to my entire issue! I am having frequent issues relating to my lower herniated back and also tingling/numbness in my upper back - which I couldn’t even get to with him because he literally walked out of the room without as much as telling me that the appt is over!! I’m shocked as his level of incompetence! His assistant took me straight to the X-ray room without understanding my entire medical or other history… I had to tell him I’m breastfeeding and hence do not want to be exposed to radiation and also herniated disc issues are not seen under an X-ray but instead can be detected through an MRI. I requested Michael lee to prescribe me a mri but he didn’t even acknowledge that!! Instea

Dr Lee has been treating my back pain for 3 years . I have 100 percent faith in his diagnosis and treatment plan . He is kind, calm and professional at all times . I would highly recommend Dr Lee .

Dr. Lee was clear and concise with his findings. He made a scary situation, calm and I was able to hear him and more importantly he made sure that I understood his medical jargon.

Dr Lee asked no questions, showed no empathy for the back pain I suffer through every day, and offered no solutions for the pain. My appointment was just another billable visit for him. For me, it was a huge disappointment and a waste of time in my effort to seek help. The complete lack of interest was shocking and angered me.

Dr Lee’s great. Compassionate, answers questions effectively and rarely a wait beyond 15 minutes. Great staff

Doctor Lee has “gifted hands” as he quickly ascertains where your pain is and gives good insight as to the diagnosis and treatment. His specialty of pain management has been working for me. Doctor Lee is the best!

I have been a patient of Dr Lee due neck and back problems. I never wait very long to get an appointment or in the waiting room.Have been to the Malvern, Exton as Collegeville offices.Dr Lee asks the right questions in a calm and professional way. I especially like how he steps you through the injection procedure while he is doing it. Always get relief from the injections.I am grateful for Dr Lee and his staff.I always recommend him if some one needs non surgical pain management for their spine

Very poor interaction with patient. Barely asks questions. Spends about two minutes with you and then leaves the room and send in the nurse to explain what he wants you to do for care. He spends no time at all with you. The lack of concern on his part or what he portrays to you is horrible. I left feeling so frustrated This was my third time. I kept feeling like each time he would be better or offer a better treatment option and not at all. Won’t be going back. No more chances.

Dr Lee was very thorough and asked many questions to understand and make a good diagnosis of the problem.

With 3 years of documented medical evidence, Dr Lee told me there was nothing wrong with me, prescribed physical therapy (???) and wanted to see me a month later. Why, if there is supposedly nothing wrong with me? Bozo, steer clear!
