Dr. Al-Haddad has provided an EXCELLENT experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, does a wonderful job explaining everything and is very thorough with all aspects of patient care. I truly felt I had someone on my side that cared greatly about the outcome of my visit.

So compassionate and answer all your questions. He doesn’t rush you and wants to know you’re comfortable with the procedure. Highly recommend him.

I have a chronic illness that requires “regular maintenance,” as I call it, in order to go about my daily life as much as possible. While Dr. Al-Haddad is not my “regular” GI specialist, I specifically request him to perform my CPB, which I have done every 2-3 months. Dr. Al-Haddad is so kind, knowledgeable and it’s clear that he keeps up with new studies and medicinal research. He really believes in the science behind what we’re doing with a CPB, which is something I can’t say about every GI specialists I’ve worked with. Getting a CPB regularly has changed my life and the quality of my life ten-fold. He truly takes the time to listen to my concerns or answer any questions I may have. He goes above and beyond to make sure I’m confident in my care and makes me feel like I matter. Feeling heard and seen in the medical community when you have several chronic illnesses, is very difficult to come by. I’m so thankful for his care, his dedication, his kindness and much more. I will continue requesting him as my surgeon as long as I’m alive and well, and in the state of Indiana. Could not recommend Dr. Al-Haddad enough. Thank you for the exceptional care.

He explains things extremely well...very knowledgable...i had been followed by another gastroenterologist for 15 yrs, and when he moved out of area I was reluctant on finding someone else, but after reviewing his information and reviews, I decided to try him and so very glad I did. Very compassionate, really understands what his patients go thru..highly recommend!!

He made time to see me and had already reviewed tests my dr had sent. He made recomendations based on his vast knowledge of expertise. Answered all questions in easy to understand language. I could not be more pleased.
