If you want medical malpractice then definitely go here!!
My actual neurologist is suberb, the kind of doctor you want in your corner supporting you through your journey. Unfortunately this entire establishment is disorganized-uncommunicative-uncaring-non/working: which in my experience has caused my emotional and physical well being to suffer. For 2 months, this office failed to simply send a pre authorization to my insurance so that I could get an MRI. This office lied me multiple times claiming they sent it. But also they blamed the “new” department outside of their building whom handles preauthorizations, so they said they didn’t have any answers. No one seems to know anything, but beyond that there is zero interest in getting answers and helping. It’s as if there is zero empathy or understanding that the people you are serving have neurological issues. Help, or get a new job. After rescheduling my MRI twice, I got a call from the MRI Center today stating they didn’t have the preauth and I would have to reschedule a third time. The MRI Center literally called me today and said “they (IU Neurology) seem to be kind of, I don’t know, they are not looking into it like they should be…” To be fair, I don’t think this office cares for me when at the beginning of 2022 I was pretty rude to them when they made errors multiple times with my personal information/insurance which resulted in me not having any medications to treat my MS. Would not recommend to anyone who wants to keep their mental health intact.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
