Wait time was 30 min. That’s at least better than my previous appointment at the Harcourt location which was canceled “due to an emergency surgical procedure”. Couldn’t someone else see me? As for Dr. Crosby, who I briefly saw several years ago before being “shipped off” to another individual, who is most likely quite capable. However, I chose Dr. Crosby and hoped he’d serve as my attending physician. Our five minutes together were quite pleasant, and I appreciated his obvious knowledge of my situation. My appointment in six weeks is, once again, with another person. Hmmm.

There.is no better doctor than Dr Crosby. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted by friendly staff. The nurses are so helpful. Dr Crosby explains your situation and offers more than one solution …leaving it to the patient and doctor to decide the best treatment for his or her particular need. He is a skilled surgeon. He really cares about his patients.

I was very pleased with my experience at Hand and Shoulder office...everyone was so professional and easy to converse with..I am on oxygen and was on somewhat of a time schedule as my machine only charged for 2 hours..the staff upstairs were very helpful in getting me in and out safely..I appreciate their help ...so glad I came here

Everyone I met with today was super kind and thorough. I have had pain for a month and had been seen somewhere else with no help. Dr. Crosby and his team took their time to work with me to find an answer for a better treatment. I would recommend him to anyone with similar issues.
