So I have a child in this facility and so far it has not been a good situation. ever since he has been he has been there since Tuesday i have had a hell of a time trying to reach someone to get information about my son and trying to call them. I have left mutiple messages today and no one has called me back. I was there Tuesday night to get him and they refused to release him to me. as i was talking to the head nurse a worker came in smelling like weed. what kind of business do they run and is any child under 18 safe in this place.
My daughter has many issues. She was transferred from Eskenasi to a placement they found. No one but intake called. The units never answer and you end up in voicemail constantly. When the unit does answer they do not say their name. You cannot even get who is caring for your child- even when you have legal guardianship. I have had 2 people represent themselves as nurses. To date not one voicemail returned- except by the patient advocate. It was 3 days before informed call came. No one offers visitation hours, what the schedule looks like for a patient. You are at their mercy, and their mercy is rude. Finally in the last 1.5 days I have been able to get information. This took contacting the state ombudsman.
So in all The Times that I have been at option behavioral health and had fan other family members deal was never one time and for calling and talk to any of my loved ones of family my fiancée sits at options behind your health because I was a previous patient they had totally treated him like shit this time and me every time I call up there I get told or get more snow and he's available to talk with the medical MRI number and if I was all his paperwork as a merchant she contact like he listed me thirsty night or early Friday morning when Melissa realized That I was Jennifer long and I was 00 patient I was immediately removed From his paperwork and was told that he had to ask to add me back my phone number is on his calling list by my name and I'm still getting treated like shit so in this situation I am going to flow a lawsuit on options behavioral health come Monday morning when Jordan comes home from treatment facility went his dad was contacted Monday night he said to get me all permission to be able to help if he need medical Wi-Fi treatment At that place and he told them that and I had at 3 right to talk to him and tell Thursday night when his 72 hours was up he has all day today Sunday And Monday probably most of it in the treatment facility and no phone call last night because he asked to call me I'm pretty sure and they told him no so what do I do in this situation do I wait or do I go find a white tail and hope and pray I can get a police officer and I'll go inside that building and have them check on him or do I pay and I got to the Wall Street for harming a suicidal pare you sure aside or patient that used to be a patient of thousands and doing more trauma too much Beyoncé did what it's worth So yep I'm asking you what should I do in this situation that laden scale used to be top-notch now they're the worst fucking treatment facility that Indiana has Are you healthy and Muncie Indiana you would get better service in the site unit do you need a new deal and there's top weighted facility that the state calls good speciality it is not a good facility I would not said my dad sister Dell for a site problem or my dad because it is really bad and I mean horrible on a scale 1 to 10 they're a negative one That's how bad the facility has become
The patients there suck I asked the patients if they were horny and the lady instead of talking to me and saying hey let's not say that kinda stuff, she says I don't wanna hear that nasty stuff! And I'm special ed and have an emotional disability im also autistic and I was trying to brush my teeth in the day room for no reason. and she says put it in the bucket instead of telling me to stop and then she takes the bucket and locks it up. so they weren't treating me right at all then the patients one of em is a snitch. plus the hygiene there sucks too same thing with any facilities that I've been to have bad hygiene products depending on what unit they put you in but yeah this place sucks the eggs were watery the breakfast lunch and dinner were mid as hell same thing with valle Vista but this place sucks
Where is holli harshman!! I want to go wherever she went! She was the best NP I've ever had! Please!!
This place helped me overcome my addictions but it's definitely not for everyone. You should not send your kids here without explaining to them the whole situation first. IMO, Options cured my trauma with even more trauma. The food is great and the nurses are very nice; however, from my experience there seems to be a lack of trust among the patients and nurses due to the stigma behind drug and alcohol use. For example, the nurses use therapeutic lying to treat patients which I have seen used on my father who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The nurses are clearly overworked and have very difficult jobs. Personally, I felt scared and desperately wanted to leave because of my own skepticism and the lack of transparency in the environment. However, it did scare me clean from drugs so I'm giving it a 3 star review. I just think that they can do a better job at building a network of trust among the patients and staff. For context, I was brought here by the police.
I want to give a zero for this horrifying facility. My 16 year old daughter was admitted through the ER. First off there was absolutely no communication. She was there 3 days before she ever met with a doctor. The staff refused to give her clean clothes or basic hygiene items that a female needs. When we went for visitation they couldn't bother to clean the tables in the cafeteria there was food everywhere and looked like the tables hadn't been wiped down in god knows how long. My daughter said there were colonies of ants everywhere in the common room. They allow boys and girls in the same area and boys would go into rooms where girls were and at times there was no staff supervision. The staff cussed and screamed at the residents using the f word and making fun of the residents by saying they look stupid or funny or they are idiots. When my daughter would walk up to staff they would respond with "what the hell you want now". I took coloring books, puzzle books, and crayons so she would have something to occupy downtime and a staff said to her " well aren't you special and attempted to take the crayons after I had already had them approved". Not all children that go to the facility are behavior issues and genuinely need help with depression and anxiety and this is not the place to do it because they are treated like criminals. We didn't get all her personal belonging back that were taken during intake. Once she got home she jumps at every little noise. This place is made of nightmares and if you already are struggling you will not heal and actually have more trauma. I plan on failing complaints with every avenue I can. It disgusts me that a place can be ran like this and I work in a mental health hospital and know the policies. News outlets will be made aware. I can't just sit and let children be tortured like this. There were a couple of staff that were good but maybe 2 out of the ones that myself and my daughter encountered.
options was a great help to my family member! the care and compassion was amazing we have had her in every facility in the city and Options is the best! caring staff and so helpful!
I don't know if Options changed hands or something, but my most recent stay was absolutely horrendous. I have been to Options several times and had a good experience, but in late July, I checked myself in for a traumatic time. There were no clocks, staff disregarded smoke break times and any complaints, staff and other patients engaged with a patient's delusions, it was disgusting. I signed myself out AMA, but they lost my papers TWICE before I got out. I had to wait an extra 36 hours to leave because of their mistake. Would never ever go back, no matter how sick I was.
The picture They show and the reality is completely different it is unbelievable the stuff some of are worst than patients what I mean by that is they need to be there too as a patients if they don't love their job then quit the job I don't know why they let their own patient and patient taking care of each other instead of the stuff taken care of patient this is ridiculous zero star They didn't even open the heat at night and some people couldn't even have more than two blankets if they don't want us to Ask than open the fucking heat heat The staff are so lazy 10 out of three is only the one who is hard-working .They don't do their job right and it's hard for the one who's hard working . They didn't even keep my wallet and my key in a safe box they only took my ring and my phone in a safe box my wallet and my keys are in the bags and some stuffs go in there's some time patient in there some cleaning stuffs this is ridiculous.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
