Dr. Millikan is a thorough and caring doctor who encouraged me to be an active participate in your own treatment plan. He even scheduled surgery for when it would be convenient for me, I had a tight window. Dr Milliken really listens, looks me in the eye and never makes me feel rushed. Dr Millikan was very realistic and expectations for aftercare in issues and pain associated with TKR. I went into the surgery prepared for afterwards. Ortho Indy's medical team is phenomenal.

I was very pleased with my hip surgery and my treatment while in OrthoIndy hospital. Dr. Millikan treated me well and answered all my questions! I would recommend him to everyone who needs hip surgery!

Almost 1 1/2 years after Patric Milligan’s botched hip arthroplasty surgery (damaged femoral artery, severed femoral nerve, losing almost 1/2 of my body’s blood), I still do not have the strength in my leg that I had when I went in.

Incredibly solid surgeon, utilizing great surgical techniques! Gladly answered the numerous questions I had. Excellent listening skills and bedside manner. Post-Op, 2 days, I was up and going remarkably well without any issues. Not having staples for site closure is terrific! I highly recommend this surgeon. A+++++

I highly recommend Dr. Millikan. He gave me his undivided attention and carefully explained the options for addressing my knee pain. He was attentive to my concerns. His manner is warm and caring while also professional. I appreciated the time he took to explain the x-rays. Dr. Millikan is knowledgeable and a doctor in whom I feel confident. We opted for a steroid injection at this time with the possibility of knee replacement later. I’m glad to say the injection gave me great relief. Although I understand it won’t last, I’m glad to know Dr. Millikan can help me again as things progress. Thank you, Dr. Millikan...it was a pleasure working with you.

Fact- went in for hip arthroplasty. Fact- came out with a severed vessel losing 1/2 of my blood. Fact- came out with femoral nerve damage. Fact- Had to spend the next three months in severe pain, on crutches, while working a physically active job. Nice guy though.
