I had surgery yesterday at Community East, Dr Sailer is my surgeon. He and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and kind, they were happy to help me in any way and and provide any information that I needed. Overall, it was a great experience and the surgery was a success. I would recommend Dr. Sailer and his staff to anyone seeking orthopedic treatment.

Doctor Sailer performed surgery on my husband last week. He and his staff prepared us as to what to expect and how to prepare at the time they advised the date, Dr. Sailer and the anesthetist and advised on the day of the surgery; after surgery they informed me as to the results,. Very thorough, very considerate as well as the hospital Community North kept me informed while I was waiting. Best experience we have had pertaining to surgery.

He was a great doctor when I went through my surgeries. But I don’t to see him no more. Because he already tried everything and still didn’t work... so that broke my heart!!! Because now all I do is stay in pain!!!For a minute I thought I was getting better... and I started to do more and more...then all of a sudden everything crashed on me and still in pain!! I’m just so tired and exhausted to try fighting... I’m not going anywhere now and I’m just so sick and tired being in pain,,, and so useless as to why I’m still bringing everyone down!!!😕😕😕

Dr. Sailer is a great doctor and very knowledgeable! Unlike a lot of doctors, he explained my son’s back issues and our options in terms that we could understand without going home to research what he just said. He also provided realistic expectations as well as the risks. He always takes time to answer all of our questions in detail and never made us feel rushed. There was an issue with a decision his PA made while my son was in the hospital, but Dr. Sailer quickly corrected once it was brought to his attention. I trusted him to cut on my son and I would do it again, if necessary.

I would not recommend this doctor. He recommended surgery for my back but did not explain what he would be doing. He lacked compassion and impatient with my questions. The office staff was not the most pleasant.
