Very enjoyable visit...Bettina makes the patient feel right at home when he/she walks through the door... exemplary customer service..Dr. Zaneteas is thorough and his interaction with the patient makes the visit not only professional, but pleasurable...very much appreciated how I was treated and the prompt diagnosis..

With the most exuberant, vivacious receptionist, who also happens to be Dr. Zaneteas' wife, who could fail? Dr. Z, however, has the street cred, the chops to back up his reputation as one of the best diagnosticians, of nerve damage in town.The examining room wall is filled with not just space pix, but also mixed in with some Greek relief pieces are many diplomas and credentials certifying his training, which is backed up with many years of experience. Very friendly place, runs reasonably on time and great precautions for Covid concerns make this a very good office to visit, plus prompt results. The fact that Dr. Z is an M.D.-Ph.D confirms how serious he is about his career and he does it well. A very dedicated erudite gentleman.

Dr Z & Bettina are absolutely wonderful people. Bettina is so kind and passionate. From the moment I talked to her on the phone stressing my health concerns, setting up my appointment to meeting her at the office for the first time in person she made me feel like she cared and I just wasn’t another patient. Dr Z is absolutely phenomenal. He is so kind, explains things to you, answers your questions, and doesn’t make you feel rushed. He’s an excellent Dr who has the best bed side manner I’ve ever witnessed. I’m so glad I found them both. They are the dynamic duo when it comes to health care. I wish more people in the health care field were like these two.

I was referred to Dr. Zaneteas to look into some numbness and tingling I have been experiencing in one of my arms. The level of patience and care Dr. Zaneteas and his wife showed me was amazing (I had thrown my back out the day they saw me and was moving slow). I also greatly appreciated the fact that I couldn't ask too many questions on the process! All in all this is a dynamic duo and I would highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Zaneteas for helping me solve the mystery of my arm!

Dr, Z is kind, well-informed, and excellent at communicating about medicine and procedures. He treated me more as a potential friend than a patient he would see only one time -- willing to chat about a variety of medical topics, also a little about himself and why he came to Indy from New York. It's great to experience a doctor as a very decent human being, as well as an excellent practitioner. Also, the expertise extends across to the front office; Bettina Z. was welcoming, proficient at communication regarding the appointment, directions to the building, etc., and she is sweet. A caring person. Good overall experience, the best.

If I could give Dr. Zaneteas and his wife 10 stars I absolutely would. I was absolutely so impressed by how well the sanitize their office in between patients. Every Dr.’s office needs to take note of this! The both have created such a warm, calm and welcoming environment for their patience. Dr. Zaneteas walked me through the procedure and answered any and all questions about and during the procedure in a way I could understand. It helped me feel very comfortable. Overall an OUTSTANDING experience!

What a great experience I had with Dr Zaneteas and his wife. She was professional, full of positive energy and I was seen promptly. Dr. Zaneteas is well educated and you can tell he knows his stuff! I felt really comfortable and the test is nothing to worry about. They both have an awesome bedside manner! Finally, I feel I am in the right place!
