Receiving and processing was definitely a plus plus. The lady processing and collecting was absolutely a keeper. Very precise, friendly, outgoing and very positive behaviour. It was an enjoyment being checked in at Price Vision group Surgery center. All went extremely well but the check out pouch with 'after surgery instructions' were mis-marked. The patient was prescribed PRED-MOXI-NEP: 1 DROP 4 TIMES A DAY and were sent to the PVG DISCHARGE BAG, MEDICATION OF WHICH TO BE STARTED THIS DAY AFTER SURGERY. However, the bag contained a bottle of PRED FORTE, INSTEAD. This is not good. I would have administered the wrong medication, had I not read the bottle and its content. Thought to suggest that the persn in charge of PVG DISCHARGE BAGS SHOULD NOT BE DISTRIBUTING PVG BAGS WITHOUT THOROUGH EXAMINATION. CARELESS!!?? I still value Price Vision Group as a top World Vision Group and gave it a 5 star. Thank you for allowing me to critique!

I visited for a potential Lasik procedure. I found all staff to be professional and thorough. They are not just selling Lasik (like I suspect the 'Lasik mills' do), but prescribing what is best for me and my condition and preferences in vision goals. The initial introductory process was no cost, no pressure, fast paced, and a lot of information.

Price Vision Group got me in emergently on a very short notice, which is truly unprecedented in this day and age! Everyone was very professional, reassuring, and efficient from the time I walked in the door until I left to go home! Thank you for your outstanding quality care PVG team!
