Visited the Greenwood location.I could be wrong but I only Remeber being told I could have one guest attend with me. I bring my 7 year old daughter and the front staff could care less that I drove 40 minutes to attend an ultra sound. I’ve never been here before and then when I’m trying to decide if I need to leave or stay she was rushing me to make my decision. Not good manors. Would appreciate a little more compassion and patience for a new client Then while I was waiting she was complaining about another coworker as loud as possible with no respect for work place etiquette

Quick helpful and to the point. Easy to get a last minute appointment and no delays. The office was running smoothly. Would recommend over some other busier CDI locations.

I’ve been here 4 times and my experience Today was AWESOME ❤️💯🎯🙏🏽 Ms Karla MADE sure I was comfortable relaxed and most importantly I wasn’t scared 😱 😂 I am abit Claustrophobic and she really helped me with that In the four times I’ve came SHES the ONLY one offered me music to listen to 🎶🎵 If I have to come again I’m DEFINITELY asking for KARLA she gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In my book💪🏽❤️

My wife was treated very poorly here. They were very disrespectful and she could hear them talking bad about here from another room. A guy named Damon and an unknown women possibly a Sarah saying things that if I put them on this review it would likely get taken down Would never go here again. Any other option will be better than this place. I really wish Google would allow a 0 star review.

Emily is amazing. She corrected a problem that was the result of my physicians office so I could have my test completed today. She spent a significant amount of time correcting their error and was so kind to me. It was obvious she went above and beyond and I highly recommend this facility.

This is a very good place to go to have an xray taken. They have excellent service made me feel welcomed and their price is unbeatable. I would recommend CDI to everyone. Normally I wouldnt write a review however I feel people need to know about this place so that they dont have to pay those high prices for quality services

I fell and bruised my tailbone plus have been experiencing excruciating pain thru my mid back section. My Drs office sent Xray orders here and I stopped in at 330pm to have them done. The woman at front desk told me she didnt think she received my order. I told her Id call my Drs office to find out where they were sent. I got ready to step outside to do this and she said just wait and let me check first. I told her that I need to call my Drs office before they close. She was typing on her computer and I went over and stood in waiting area. She got up and pulled a paper off the printer and sat back down. She saw me watching her and she said I found it but now I have to check if they have time to do your Xrays. I said What? She repeated herself but I didnt see her talk to anyone or even pick up a phone but within approx 15 seconds she tells me They dont have time for you today but you can come back tomorrow. There were two people in the waiting room and both had told me they were waiting on someone. So it was 330pm and this place didnt close until 5pm. Hmmmm?Needless to say that will be the last time that I walked through that front door Theres too many other companies with respectful employees to choose from which I did.
