List of Richard J. Biggerstaff's Reviews
Dr. Biggerstaff has performed 3 surgeries on me and is currently treating me for allergies. He always listens, offers solutions and alternatives, and lets me decide how to proceed. I trust his knowledge and skill with no hesitation.
Dr. Biggerstaff removed pre cancer nodules from the floor of my mouth. Dr Sinn was my anesthesiologist. I was put under and it felt like I had awakened from a nap. The surgery was impeccably done. The staff is incredible! Go there with no worries or anxiety!
He did my thyroid surgery- He did a excellent job. His whole team from clinic staff is excellent. The surgery center has the best clinical staff.
I have complete trust & confidence in Dr. Biggerstaff surgical skills. He exceeded my expectations of my facial procedure with basically no side effects and rapid healing. He took time to answer all my questions & did not try to upsell me on a bigger procedure. I am thrilled w/my results and would highly recommended him .
My experience with Dr. Biggerstaff has only been positive. His office is communicative and appointments are timely. There have been no long waits. Dr. Biggerstaff is knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I couldn't recommend him enough.
Very personable and knowledgeable. Took time and explained everything including options.
Omg where do I begin. Biggerstaff very short on every response and flies out the door with no words I should’ve known then to run and not use him. I come back to get more of my questions answered since he left me in an awkward position of not answering many of my questions except a couple. He would agree with everything you say but I felt he really wasn’t listening. 2nd appt again out the door within 4 mins says there’s an emergency because of an accident someone was in which is not my fault so I shouldn’t have to pay for that visit. They’re still billing me and get this it’s been over a year now after I paid for what I owed. They send it to a collection agency which I never knew anything about it until collections calls me. Plus when you accept a doctor to do the surgery the orientation fees should already be written within the surgery quote. Biggerstaff and the financial administration are quick to talk, promising you the world then they absolutely do nothing for you but the minimal. Watch out because they will never share all the info with you too. They’ll claim one price but bill your insurance 3x the amount. You’ll notice there’s never a breakdown on the prices. They gave me quotes on things that never happened because I chose not to do those but what I did get done medically there was no quote given to me. Except a roundabout backwards one. They’ll trick you into thinking it’s one price and not the other by talking fast throwing out numbers giving you your out of pocket deductible so you think it’s only going to cost $2,000 when in actuality that was how much my deductible was left not the cost. The cost ended up being $5000. I wouldn’t have done any of my Medical rhino, if I knew the actual price. They charged me over $5,000 when I had my brothers awesome doctor that would’ve done everything for $1,500 since I wasn’t doing cosmetics. Biggerstaff then had my appt made at a surgery center which my insurance company would not cover. I am livid about everything, glad that was found out before I went there. I hate to get another X-ray too because I bet anything he didn’t remove the nodule out of my septum that he promised too. After surgery he didn’t come back in the room to even check on me. During surgery they gave me so much drugs I couldn't wake up for 3 days. I then ended up with a $4,000 hospital bill for being over medicated. I was so stopped up I almost died. Thank God my boyfriend grabbed me up off the bathroom floor and took me to the emergency room immediately. Even at the beginning the staff told me Biggerstaff did not accept my insurance so I went with another doctor in their group. I of course still had to pay for that appt over their lie. I even called my insurance company and they said he’s in their network of doctors...but Biggerstaff group still denied they accepted it until after I seen McSoley it took a nurse to tell me Biggerstaff accepts my insurance so I ended up having to pay McSoley still under false pretenses too. His staff and him are rude and won’t write anything off even when they’re the one’s at fault.
Dr. Biggerstaff is a wonderful physician. He is very kind and thoughtful. The surgery he performed on my wife was great. The only reason he doesn't get a 5 star is because his office staff. She had complications the day after surgery and it took me over 2 hours to get through to his nurse in the office.
Richard biggerstaff is a miracle worker
Claiming ownership of a patient who would prefer to see a local doctor is absolute BS. Must need the insurance money. Don’t try to switch physicians, they won’t let you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
