Very poor bedside manner. Had a procedure with another specialist and Dr. Cottrell was the anesthesiologist. He arrived at the bedside and called me by another patients name. When I gave him my name he immediately proceeded to call me by yet another name. Once again, NOT my name. Here I am getting ready to receive anesthesia from a physician who can’t take the time to make sure he knows his patients name. I was extremely nervous to let him care for me. Going forward I will make sure he will never care for me.

Dr Cottrell did the anaesthesia for a surgery I had recently. He was fabulous. I informed him ahead of time that I wake up after surgery nauseated and he took care of that and when I woke up after surgery I was wide awake. No grogginess or anything Just woke up talking, the nurse said. I have had several surgeries in my life but this was the easiest I've ever had. I woud give him ten stars but I can't. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Cottrell!!!
