Excellent care. I appreciated that Dr. Huff thoroughly explained the issue and the treatment. The nurse was also very helpful in getting a follow-up appointment.

Charge you a small fortune for non-service and then don't do basic follow up on care. I sought a prescription treatment for my skin condition and waited 2 weeks, only to find out they never contacted the pharmacy to make the request. In that time I was billed, twice, just for talking to the Doctor for 15 minutes. Seek out another derm if you actually want treatment.

Keeping scheduled appointments is problematic with this provider's office. My wife has had her appointment rescheduled twice. No effort is being made to reschedule anytime close to initial appointment date. Beware.

Receptionist hung up on me when I asked questions about wearing a mask. She gave me a sigh and hung up on me when I needed directions, so I called back and canceled my appointment. Other staff member said it was not me paying but the insurance I said how do you think the insurance is paid for. Overall worst customer service ever and more people should talk with their wallets and fix these issues we are customers and not just numbers.

He didn’t let me talk much. He didn’t even exam me other than a cursory look at the back of my scalp. My appointment was the first time I have ever seen a dermatologist and was supposed to be a full body exam. I don’t think he cared about what’s going on with me nor do I have confidence in his diagnosis and treatment plan.

Very professional, smart Doctor. His treatment planned worked for my diagnosis. His staff was kind and professional, like him. He is very busy, but his staff does a great job working in patients if they feel we can not wait until the next available opening. A+
