I have been a patient of Dr. Troyer for over 35 years and I couldn't be more pleased with him and his office staff. I have never had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Troyer or his staff. Dr. Troyer and his team are always professional, compassionate and caring. I have had several eye operations and he has always explained everything in a way that I can easily understand and offers suggestions in regards to how my physical health is closely linked to my eye health. Making an appointment that fits into my schedule is easily handled by his office staff. I strongly recommend Dr. Troyer to anyone who has glaucoma that is not easily managed by eye drops alone.

Does this guy ever work??? On two separate occosions I showed up for my scheduled appointment only to find out that Dr. Troyer was out of town and not in the office. The office staff says "didn't someone call you". Time to find a reliable doctor.

Dr. Troyer is professional & thorough. My mother & I have trusted our care to him for years. He is excellent. Be prepared for an abrupt office staff both on the telephone & at the checkout desk. Snappy responses & argumentative. I was a mess last time I left. Unacceptable.
