Was seen by Dr Hata at BILH Urgent Care (Dedham) for treatment of paronychia. He was excellent: did a thorough examination, explained fully what he was observing and his plan of treatment. He was very competent, open in sharing his diagnosis and rationale for treatment (lancing and antibiotics), and efficient in carrying out the procedure, including assuring that it was pain free. Could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience.

Dr Hata was amazing in his care for me. He evaluated my symptoms and then explained the tests I would need. He came to explain each result to me as they came back. I would highly recommend his expertise to everyone. He’ll take very good care of you.

My husband had a seizure and Dt Hata was the doctor in the ER at Norton's. He was great. He was very reassuring and informed us of what was going on the entire time. Let us know what test he was running and why. Continued to come in and check on us in between test and lab work. We could not have as for a better doctor to have on that scary visit.

I had severe dehydration with fever after spending a lot days/hours under sun. Dr Hata would not discharge me back home to resting and hydrating even my fever was going down. Instead of forcing me to be admitted into hospital with a threat of "against medical advises" if I did not go along. During these three days stays in hospital, I was under non-stop tests and scans with everything turned out to be either normal or negative. I had to ask to be discharged when a spinal tap invasive procedure was ordered while my fever was long gone and no any clinical signs of spinal or brain infections (no stiff neck, no fever.....etc.).

After surviving septic shock, I have struggled with the physical symptoms of post-sepsis syndrome. While many doctors shrugged off my symptoms, it was Dr. Hata that saw all of my symptoms as a whole, scheduled a CT and MRI and discovered that it was MS brain lesions that are causing my array of symptoms. Although MS is not curable, I at least have a name for what I am dealing with. Thank you, Dr. Hata for truly listening and caring for your patients. You are an asset to the medical community.
