List of Sashidhar V. Sagi's Reviews
Dr. Sagi was calming, kind, & very informative before & after my colonoscopy. This retired nurse will definately follow up with Dr. Sagi for future care. Trust me, he's the kind of physician you want & need for thorough medical care.
First, this review is no reflection of Dr. Sagi. It is a reflection of the staff communication. Medication was changed at daughter's visit last month. New medication was too expensive and she called to ask for another med. 4 weeks later, they have not returned calls. Her bowel movements are getting worse, yet no response from doctor's office. Currently on phone with their answering service and she did confirm my daughter has called three times in the past 2 1/2 weeks. I requested the office call daughter and I asked for a contact for a supervisor.
My first visit and Dr. Sagi explained things to me that I should have heard from my previous GI doctor! Now I'm more optimistic about dealing with my Crohns! Thank you
I was referred to Dr. Sagi years ago when my Crohn's Disease was too severe for my local gastroenterologists. He took the time to listen and treat my condition better than anyone in my local area. Even though it is a long drive to his office, he has always been on time and personable. He explains things in a manner I understand and lets me also be a part of my overall treatment plan. He cares for my health and he is easy to get a hold of when I need him. I highly recommend Dr. Sagi.
Ignored my issues and talked down to me

Filed misleading info on me while on humira. My condition worsened. Stomach pain and leg pain and naseau. I was left on humira. His reports/ inflammation down, humira therapeutic level. Left me on humira 9mos then surgery then back on humira. Finally. I got cimzia approved. Not until I made several phone calls and complaints and wrote a letter too insurance on my own. Also he had me listed as having arthritic pain on cimzia previously. I complained about fatigue and nerve pain in my legs. I would not recomend
Requested referral for nutritionist Monday at 10 am. Was told to wait 48 hours for response. It is end of day on Wednesday with no response. Called and was told they escalated situation to manager and would hear back within 2 hours. Two hours came and went. Called again and was on phone for 45 minutes while kind receptionist tried to find a manager to speak to. She tried E., D. and A. ...all managers and were in meetings or were out. Finally a nurse called me from office and was not aware of my phone call on Monday. Dr. Sagi is going to lose patients if this continues.
I have called for over 2wks. trying to get issue with bill corrected per procedure done 12/26/18. Over 4000.00 bill per INS. will not pay because reason stated(family history of colon cancer) & bleeding(incorrect) only reason for getting the procedure is family history should have been under preventative but because the word bleeding is in with it, it's not. INS. needs this resubmitted with Amendment. Please fix this issue. I am about to contact News stations and everyone who will listen. HELP

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
