Horrible! Sent me away saying I had barely any allergies.. come to find out with another allergist I'm extremely allergic to all the grasses. I've been dealing with allergy issues since march now till august. The first time I saw him he spoke to me like I was dumb looked in my nose ears and throat and said he was sending me to a lung doctor. I saw him again for a follow up where his young interns laughed while taking notes and he said i've done all I can your allergies are mild (only had a blood test) .. saw an amazing allergist who took the time to skin test me and found what I am truly allergic to. Don't go to this doctor he was so rude to me and I rarely even see doctors so he wasted my money and took it and my insurance and gave me no answers. He doesn't deserve to practice if he treats patients like that.

He was excellent. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. The procedure was completed exactly as described and the recovery was uneventful. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a ENT services.

the worst front office staff I've ever experienced in 65 years. Dr. Phillips wouldn't see me when I was 10 minutes late, even though 5 was waiting in line to check in. In the past I've waited for 2 hours to see him! Perhaps his Avon office is better....well they couldn't be worst than the Carmel Office staff. Just terrible.

I saw Dr. Phillips today. He spoke down to be like I was a small child, even though I'm an adult. The second I questioned him at all he became angry with me. I tried to ask legimate medical questions because I had concerns about overlapping conditions and he refused to answer any of them, instead he yelled at me and attempted to bully me into just doing what he said. It was disturbing. The fact that he wouldn't listen to any of my medical concerns worries me greatly for his patients safety.

I have eustatchian tube dysfunction and one day woke up completely deaf. I had no idea why. I made an appointment and was seen that day by Dr. Phillips. He did an in office procedure which consisted of making a small incision in my dear drum and draining out the fluid. My hearing was restored! Not only that, but his office staff is very kind and compassionate. He is quite simply, wonderful in skills and manner.

He performed surgery on my child, had us rotating ibuprofen in with other pain meds & a few days later my daughter was hemorrhaging. She then had to wait in ER for one of Dr Phillips fellow Doctors to do emergency surgery, not Dr Phillips. She lost so much blood she almost needed a transfussion. We had to take her to the ER 3 times in two weeks with complications: twice she was hospitalized over night. Not once did we hear from Dr Phillips & he refused to see us the wk after emergency surgery
