Seung B. Sim's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Seung Sim administered the nerve block for my shoulder rotator cuff surgery several days ago. He did a great job explaining the procedure and listening to all my concerns as I have had some issues with anesthesia in past surgeries. This surgery went great and I had no issues with the nerve block or any of the meds used for the anesthesia. received a very detailed report from him of the procedure and exactly what he did and when he did it. Very pleased with Dr. Sim and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Sim was fantastic! Very caring. He gave me all the time I needed and answered all of my questions. He even talk to my husband on the phone. I know he was super busy but he certainly did not act like it. I was very pleased!

Dr. Sim is a consummate professional. He asks the right questions, listens, explains his recommendations, respectfully answers my questions, then provides superlative care. I am an anesthesiologist myself, and give Dr. Sim my highest recommendation. I underwent a patellofemoral arthroplasty of my L. knee, and the nerve blocks Dr. Sim administered prior to surgery, and the pain pump that provided continuous pain relief following surgery were instrumental in my recovery. Dr. Sim is terrific!

Dr Sim is an awesome Physician. He is very caring and knowledgeable, and he doesn’t rush through your visit. He takes great care in listening to your issues and is very sincere in trying to help you. I was so surprised when Dr. Sim called me himself after receiving my X-rays to go over them and discuss his plan to help ease my pain. To me, that is a very caring doctor. I would recommend him to anyone needing relief from chronic pain. Hope you feel better soon.

Dr. Sim has been the best anesthesiologist I’ve ever had. I’ve had multiple surgeries at orthoindy since I was 13 years old and he’s scrubbed in on at least four. He’s very personable and it is obvious how much he cares for patients. So much so, that he recognized me in a patient bed when it had been years since he had worked on me and came and called me by name and helped me when the doctor initially attending to my pain hadn’t read my chart. Dr. Sim is a lifesave.. an absolute gem!

I'm a veteran and would NOT recommend Dr. SIM. He acts like he doesn't care. He stares at you and doesn't say anything. He sent me back to work not knowing what's wrong with my back. He requested an M. R. I. On my back and told me I had something bulging. I've never been to a doctor that didn't show you the results or go into detail what he had seen besideses stating something is bulging. Then he said he requested a shot. No details about what kind of shot or anything about the procedure.

I felt he was very cold and disinterested in me.
