Made a reservation for dinner tonight however Maggianos couldn’t find my reservation. I even had the info on my phone showing I had a reservation. The manager (Jacob) was extremely rude and would not sit us at our reserved time. Stated they had no open tables at all the rest of the night and the error with their website was not his problem and we were out of luck. Jacob chose to handle this situation in a very unprofessional way and I will not be back. Pretty sad that Maggianos allows this to happen. If I could give 0 stars I would of.

How and why was my entire order cold..and we had no salads? The waitress was nice and attentive, but everything coming out cold was not a good look. The one dish was clearly waiting for a while which troubles me more since nothing was even warm.

Everyone is apparently too busy to even say hello. Sat at a table for 25 minutes without ever even being acknowledged, while the staff just chit chat amongst themselves.

I've only been to this restaurant twice. Once pre-pandemic and now, after. Still great food, still amazing service. The amount of food you get is still more than enough and you end up taking food home. They're even amazingly considerate of those with special food requirements.

We had a reservation for 12 people and table was set up for 10 people. More people showed up that wasn't accounted for, that's not their fault. We asked if we could be moved to a bigger table and was told no. Two open tables near our party but we couldn't use them. Service was slow. A 2 hour wait for food and once it had been ordered.
