Have yet to see a bill from them…just now found out they put my bill in collections back in oct of 22 this after my near death emergency surgery’s that left me crippled I’d give them a -Star rating if I can

The billing that this office does through ciproms and Instamed is extremely scam-like. Months to get in contact and receive helpful information regarding an issue with my bill. It’s easy to operate with this type of behavior when there’s no choice for patients in the hospital having to get medical care. Terrible customer service on that end and mediocre medical care at best.

These people need to fire their billing clerk. The patient they bill hasn't been at my address for over TEN YEARS. They continually ignore it when I return the bills marked, "not at this address". They certainly won't get any money from me or by sending those bills to my home. Idiots.

Would also give zero stars. After surgery for colon cancer, I received a letter informing me that they no longer accepted my insurance (Anthem BCBS) because they didn't believe they were being fairly compensated. Would have helped to know before the operation! Going through the process of reporting a "surprise" medical bill.

No Stars... Scam alert! Scam alert! This place is horrible! They charge over an above the what is allowable by your insurance carrier and send that amount to collections to make sure they get it! If I did this I would go to jail. How do they get away with it? The Indiana State Attorney General's Office needs to look into their practices!

Like other reviews I would leave no stars if that was an option. The were contracted by Goshen Health and given my insurance information at the time of surgery and THREE Times over the following two months. Heard nothing, then discover they never billed my insurance and turned me into collections which I am battling with absolutely zero help! Billing woman said to call my insurance company and collection agency!!! Horrific experience!! Ask prior to surgery if your dr is using this group and demand an alternative!!!!

Horrible Experience. Always say I didn't pay when I have been making payments. Being threatened that they will send my bill to the collections. Never again.

Dr Henne was great for my surgery in July 2019, but my nightmare of an experience has come from their billing department who processed my claim wrong (did not process from the EOB), overcharged me by $750 and now refusing to refund all of my money. The say they are sending it, but I keep getting the run around. I am filing a complaint with the state.

I give you a one star because I get a threatening letter from you all... when I have full coverage insurance if you had got the insurance right you would have gotten paid!!!! I have gotten some letters in the mail but never like this...
