I wise they have staff, they are holding me for more then 5 months which was told 5 weeks and they don’t have staff , all they can do that they call you and tell you that they are looking for it, and eventually you are suffering because you need therapy for your loved one, everyone else it is just another client, they should tell truth at front, please ask them when they start in writing, or you are just waiting.
