Called to setup initial appointment, had to wait two months. Day of the appointment, I get completely overrun with stuff to do at work and forget to make it out there. A half hour after my appointment time I realize I messed up and try calling the clinic. My call is already going to voicemail at 4PM. I call first thing the next morning and I'm told the next available appointment is in four months. Completely unacceptable.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I waited 2 months for my initial appointment and then was there at 8:10am (my appointment was 8:00am) because the traffic was awful and Google gave me the old office address. I was told to reschedule due to their "ten minute window" policy. To treat someone with such unfeeling callousness when they don't have any primary care is disgusting to me. I tried calling their office multiple times to leave a voicemail explaining I had hit bad traffic and there was no option to leave a message except to refill a prescription or to cancel your appointment. I am sick and tired of doctors who treat people like nothing but an opportunity to make some money rather than human beings.

She and all of her staff are very kind . To the other reviewer maybe you should leave home a little earlier so your early. There have to be rules and if they let you change the rules than anyone could !!

Dr.Wilhite is empathetic, understanding and very good at her job. She is super kind, and funny but does not beat around the bush when it comes to the truth in regards to your health. She is one of the few doctors that has found the way to make me not only feel comfortable, cared about and listened to but I know my health is in good hands with her and the team!
