I think Dr. Lu is amazing! The best GI doctor I have seen. I felt that he listened to all of my concerns and really want to find out what was causing my issues and fix them. I also referred my husband to him and he was able to fix his issue with testing, that other doctors neglected to do for years. I can say for my household we feel better because Dr. Lu and we thank God for him. GI issues can be debilitating for someone’s live style Dr. Lu wants to fix them.

It was hard to give him even one star! His horrible advice following a colonoscopy would have been life-altering and was unwarranted after simple tests revealed everything was negative. Glad we didn't listen to him and got the testing instead.

He may have been competent in performing the colonoscopy. However , his post patient care was terrible. My partner was dying of liver cancer and when I called the office to ask for help, he was not sympathetic. He claimed he was his doctor but all he did for us was call in one medication to the pharmacy. He did not sound concerned at all and did not ask to see him again although I told him that in a weeks time he had lost the ability to walk.
