Dr. Tielker has been my primary care physician for several years. She is knowledgeable, thorough and personable. She takes the time to listen and address all of my questions and issues.

Dr Tielker is the absolute best. She’s thorough and sensitive and I always feel seen and heard by her. Her nurse, terry, however, is a different story. To put it simply, I’ve considered finding a different doctor multiple times because of terry. She has been unwilling to help on multiple occasions and left me in tears when I’ve had trouble getting mental health prescriptions filled. When talking to her it is very clear that she doesn’t share the same care for patients that doctor Tielker does. I really don’t understand how she is still employed based on our interactions. Speaking to her when I have a question or need help is like pulling teeth. She refused to ask dr Tielker a question regarding my back ordered medication. Terry gets 0 stars.

Very nice, but extremely busy resulting in seeing her PA's. Very limited access for scheduling appointments and will bill for both a physical and office visit for the same appointment.

She is a very professional dr. Very caring & compassionate . And she knows what she's doing. Very thorough in her exams and listens to your problems very intently. She cares about her patients and their welfare. Im so glad i finally found a dr. that i can really rely on , to tell me the truth about my health and how i can make my health better. She's the greatest!

Dr. Kristin Tielker used to be phenomenal but now she has cut her schedule back and has taken on too many patients. When I am sick I am frequently told that I need to visit med-check because the office has no openings even when I call first thing in the morning. Additionally, I have been told that Dr. Tielker is booked out six months ahead of time if you want to see her for an illness. I attempt to schedule my annual physical every year and am bumped back four months each time because she's overbooked. It likely does not help that she has reduced her working schedule. It's truly a shame as she would be a great doctor if you actually got to see her. I have just switched to another practice as I would like to have a doctor who actually sees their patients when they are ill. Medcheck isn't what I'd consider good treatment.

I recommend Dr. Tielker to everyone I know. This doctor leaves no stone unturned. She is compassionate, thorough and talks to you in terms which you can understand. She has recommended me to several specialist and, like her, they have all proved to be wonderful.
